Harris Kempner Memorial Sailing School

The Harris Kempner Sailing School of Galveston County, Incorporated, is an organization established and committed to teaching motivated youth from the Galveston County area the art of seamanship and to experience the pleasures of sailing in a safe, stimulating environment. The sailing school’s primary goal is to promote sailing and to instill pride, discipline and teamwork in our youth members as well as a sense of duty and service to the community.
